  • APRA serviceability buffer defaults to +3.0% (adjustable)
  • Living expenses are user-entered; lenders may apply their own benchmarks (HEM)
  • Other income (rental, investment) is typically shaded at 80% (adjustable)
  • Credit cards are assessed at 3.8% of the limit per month
  • Results show a ±10% range to reflect lender variance
  • Calculations assume principal and interest repayments
  • Does not consider Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI)
